We will perform a thorough, visual examination of your house and its systems, and will help familiarize you with your new home. Every home inspection comes with an in-depth report covering every major system of the house, including the structure, foundation, heating and A/C, electrical and plumbing. The report details concerns and or any maintenance issues that were observed at the time of inspection and will be delivered the same day, or within 24 hours for late day inspections (See a report example located under the buying tab). We also perform a FREE thermal imaging inspection of the electric panel for over heating circuits as well as the ceilings for plumbing and roof leaks.
